The sound system is not delivering adequate coverage evenly within the auditorium.
Consider a Sound System Upgrade.
By reviewing the archived results of your listening test with special attention to the scoring of each tested seat in your church you should be able to identify any cool or hot sound coverage in your worship space.
If your listening test has revealed that some seating areas are experiencing less than optimum sound
coverage you may decide to perform a technical test to help you discover the nature of the sound system inadequacy.
